Disputes between the consumer and the supplier are solved by pre-trial dispute settlement in a transparent, fair and fast way. Parties endeavor to resolve all disputes and differences by means of negotiations. The consumer is entitled to file a complaint to the supplier’s unit (subdivision) which is responsible for dispute resolution. The supplier is obliged to consider all complaints received from consumers, and within one month to report on the results of their consideration at the website. If no agreement on disputable issues through negotiations has been reached, the supplier and the consumer are entitled to apply for settlement of the dispute to the Regulator or its territorial unit and / or to submit the dispute to court. Dispute settlement by the Regulator or its territorial unit is carried out according to order approved by the Regulator. Appeal to the Regulator or its territorial unit does not deprive the parties of their entitlement to dispute solving in court. |
